What are the filters made of?
The filters contain only two ingredients:
- Propylene Glycol (PG)
- Vegetable Glycerin (VG)
There are no other ingredients.
The filters contain:
- No nicotine
- No tobacco
- No flavourings
- No colourings
- No additives
These ingredients are also commonly used in professional theatrical smoke and atmospheric effects.
Do actors need to inhale?
No.
The system is designed to create a visible stage effect without requiring deep inhalation, making it suitable for repeated rehearsals and performances.
Can it be used indoors?
Yes.
The system has been developed specifically for indoor use in theatres, television studios, film productions and other controlled performance environments.
Does it produce smoke?

How long does a filter last?
Each filter provides approximately 200 uses, depending on individual usage patterns.
For professional productions, we recommend replacing the filter before each performance to ensure optimum hygiene, consistent performance and the best possible visual effect.
What needs to be replaced?
Only the filter.
The rechargeable battery is designed for repeated use and typically provides approximately 250 charging cycles.
Can multiple actors use the same device?
Yes.
But for hygiene reasons, we recommend that each performer uses a new filter and where possible, for each performance.
Is the system suitable for touring productions?
Yes.
The reusable design, simple operation and quick filter replacement make the system well suited to touring productions, repertory companies and long-running shows.
